Rentals are from March to November weekly, fortnightly or longer. Changeover day is Saturday however we will try and accommodate your travel plans depending on the season:

* Minimum rental for the period June 11, 2011 - Sept. 10, 2011 is 2 weeks. Rates are subject to change until confirmation of reservation.
Initial deposit (25% of total rent) due at time of reservation, final balance and security deposit due 30 days before occupancy. We accept payment in Euros and US Dollars.
Ours is a non-smoking house and we want to keep it that way. No pets.
