Payment Method: We accept payment in Euros (bank transfer) and US Dollars (personal check drawn on accounts in the US). Initial deposit (25% of total rent) due at time of reservation, final balance and security deposit due 30 days before occupancy.
Suitability: no children under 5 years old.
Restrictions: Ours is a non-smoking house. No pets.
Arrival/Departure: We will be available at time of check-in and check-out. We are fluent in English, French and German.
